Executive Director England Rugby World Cup winner turned IT sustainability expert. Andy has worked in the business from a young age, which was started by his father transforming old equipment into new. He is passionate about the circular economy and you will usually find him on panel talks across the UK.

Chief Executive Officer As CEO, Rob is working closely with the board to create growth and strategic alignment. He takes charge of operations in Reading, London, Bury St Edmunds and the Midlands.

Commercial Director In his role as Commercial Director, Ben is overseeing the sales team and guiding them to focus on our core service offerings.

General Manager Leisure-loving Dean heads up the newest n2s facility in Huthwaite and works alongside his team to enhance the site's triage and recycling processes.

Group Security and Compliance Manager

Stefan

Group Security and Compliance Manager Stef joined n2s in 2007 as a field engineer and now leads technology recovery and data destruction projects for the public sector. He is also responsible for gaining and maintaining important ISO certifications.

Ioana

Environmental Administrator Ioana manages equipment records and is responsible for generating waste data reports and providing administrative support to the waste operations team.

Field Engineer

Nathan

Field Engineer Nathan's role involves extracting cable from racks and risers from BT buildings as well as various circuit board cards and WEE items.

Group Transport Manager

Stephanie

Group Transport Manager Once Olympic bronze medalist in Judo for Team GB, now super coordinator managing the n2s fleet of vehicles at the Bury St Edmunds and Huthwaite sites for projects across the UK.

Samantha

Sales Operations Manager

Samantha

Sales Operations Manager Samantha is a valuable member of the n2s team, having joined in 2009. She provides support to the sales team, liaises with clients and operations and excels at problem-solving. In her free time, she enjoys pottery, boot camp and spending time with her cats.

Warehouse Operative

Jose

Warehouse Operative Jose is responsible for maintaining and operating three granulation machines. He finds great satisfaction in achieving his targets and enjoys sharing a laugh with his colleagues. When he's not busy in the warehouse, Jose likes to hit the gym, watch football, and explore new places through travel.
